Refund Policy

Your Satisfaction is our priority. All products supplied through Macnifcent use well-established supply chains in South Africa.

Returns (Within 30 days)
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and do understand if you happen to change your mind. We will accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is sealed and unopened and in the same condition as when received.

The choice is yours - you may exchange the item or request a full refund.

Certain items cannot be returned, such as:

• Software and consumables
• Electronic vouchers or coupons
  
• All custom/special order items cannot be cancelled or returned for refund/exchange.

Should we deliver the incorrect item, or should your item arrive damaged or faulty, please notify us immediately. We will arrange to have the item collected and either dispatch a replacement or offer a full refund.

Please note that all guarantees/warranties are immediately null and void should any equipment be tampered with or should the seals on equipment be broken by anyone other than the manufacturers’ approved representative or should the goods be operated outside the Manufacturer's specifications.

For opened goods, we may deduct or charge a reasonable amount for any use of the goods plus certain costs necessary for repackaging and restocking, subject to the CPA. Open or unsealed items can attract handling fees of up to 25% depending on the item.

Under no circumstances will Macnifcent be liable for any damage arising from any misuse or abuse of goods.
